The rooms were spacious and had great amenities. The hot water worked really well and there was always plenty of it. The hotel was in a fairly convenient location, not too far from the city center. The free coffee was great and much appreciated every morning.

The staff was not very warm or welcoming during our stay. They were often distracted and did not appear to be interested in helping us with information about the area or transportation.

Lastly, the hot water was available anytime, which was a great advantage, particularly during the cold nights.

the front desk staff was unhelpful, and their lack of English language skills made communication difficult.
